Not receiving the verification link

Be sure to check your spam folder (and all tabs in Gmail - sometimes it is sent to “promotions”). 

If the verification email is still not received, the issue may be arising from firewall settings within your email address, especially if you are using a work/corporate/business email address.  Oftentimes they do not accept emails from a domain that ends with .app.

  1. If you need to use your work email, check with your own IT department.  If they can allow .app emails to come in through the firewall, you should be all set.
  2. If you are able, try the same process using your personal email address, there are usually less restrictive settings on personal email.
