Can audio files be downloaded from the ONE App?

The short answer is, sometimes.

The ONE platform allows publishers to decide whether or not they’d like to allow downloads on the promotions they offer.

Downloads are typically available for purchased content. If you find that downloadable files are not available for a book you’ve purchased, you can submit a helpdesk ticket.

PRO TIP: Keep in mind that downloaded files don’t always sort properly on a mobile device. They can also be tough to locate depending on the platform you’re on and/or the device you’re using.  The best way to listen to audio files on a mobile device is to use the oneaudibooks.app player or the Mobile App (available 2022).
