Make sure to copy and paste the link into your preferred browser. 

When the link is clicked from Gmail, sometimes you will not be directed to the browser but will rather stay on Gmail.  The Gmail web browser has extremely limited functionality compared to Chrome and Safari.  Those browsers will remember you and save your place
