When the link is clicked from Gmail, sometimes you will not be directed to the browser but will rather stay on Gmail. The Gmail web browser has extremely limited functionality compared to Chrome and Safari. The first and fastest way to start listening is to go directly to the app's web version. Once you’ve provided a valid email address, you can listen to an audiobook in under a minute. ### Listening on a computer browser is the best way to start listening to an audiobook. The browser-based experience on mobile devices is less consistent than a computer browser. Our team continues improving the mobile experience, but you may have issues when listening. ### The problems on the phone come from a number of issues that can be challenging to troubleshoot They can have to do with: * older devices * out-of-date browsers * security issues * phone settings. The App works best within the Chrome and Safari browsers. Your browser will remember where you left off. Each track and also be downloaded individually within the ONE App player web page. The process works well using a desktop computer, but can be tricky on a phone. Every phone handles the process a little differently based on the user's settings, and we find that most people have a difficult time with files being out of order and/or having trouble finding the files. If the verification email is still not received, the issue may be arising from firewall settings within your email address, especially if you are using a work/corporate/business email address. Oftentimes they do not accept emails from a domain that ends with .app. 1. If you need to use your work email, check with your own IT department. If they can allow .app emails to come in through the firewall, you should be all set. 2.
